Description:
As the Restoration Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business, from driving operational excellence to delivering exceptional customer experiences and maximizing profitability by driving and directing business sales & marketing.

Manager will be in an environment where all employees practice accountability, reliability, and proactivity in their approach. Specifically, the incumbent will manage themselves with focus on service excellence as a priority with all existing clients, national accounts support and continuous growth in the acquisition of new client accounts. 

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Exceeding expectations of client accounts and demonstrating a genuine interest in the client's wellbeing.
  • Grow the business by identifying new sales and business development opportunities
  • Monitor and assess the activities of our competitors to proactively satisfy and retain our clients
  • Resolve any customer complaints promptly and professionally
  • Set revenue targets and develop and execute a strategy to meet them
  • 3-5 years of Sales and/or Business Development(restoration background preferred) 
  • Create a relationship and promote our commercial and residential services to Insurance Adjusters, Insurance Agents, Plumbing Companies, Home Inspector’s, etc. so that they will recommend our company to their clients, and within their own networks.
  • Network locally at Chamber of Commerce functions and any other local associations you are able to join.
  • Pursue and cultivate strong professional relationships with our referral sources and trade partners 
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all products and services and stay current with market trends 
  • Develop profitable relationships with customers that bring value to both parties
  • Negotiate and establish contracts beneficial to the overall success of the company while being sensitive to strategic relationships with company suppliers and partners
  • Willing to travel
  • Flexible work from home options available .
Qualifications:
  • Prior experience with a Restoration company is a MUST
  • 1-3 years sales or BDM experience MUST
  • Nice to have : 1-3 years Project Management and Estimating experience.
  • Local knowledge and contacts in one or more market segments preferred
  • Experience with a CRM tool, and working knowledge of current business software technologies like  MS Office, RMS, PowerPoint, Publisher and Xactimate
  • Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
  • IICRC qualifications strongly encouraged - Fire, Water, Mold
  • Broad business experience across multiple functions: Sales, Operations, Admin, Accounting
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds

Compensation: $55,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
